Here is the recipe of Braised Creamy Yuzu Sweet Potato

Ingredients:

300g sweet potato
10g unsalted butter

100g water
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp yuzu juice
Chopped some yuzu skin

2 tbsp heavy cream
Chopped roasted walnuts

材料：

サツマイモ　３００g
無塩バター　１０g

水　１００g
砂糖　大さじ１
柚子果汁　大さじ１
刻んだ柚子の皮　適量

生クリーム　大さじ２
刻んだクルミ　適量
