ちょっとお洒落な食卓：リングイーネのアルフレッド風/Linguine with Gorgolzola and Broccoli

還暦ママの今日のレシピは、白ワインとゴルゴンゾーラチーズで作るリングイーネのアルフレッド風です。
フェトチーネアルフレッドより軽くて、ちょっとお洒落な食卓にピッタリです。
日米両方の計量を入れました。
