Three Everyday Breakfast Favorites | Healthy, Filling, & Tasty – Avocado Toast, Blue Spirulina, & Overnight Oats + Cooking In My New Kitchen For The First Time | Sanne Vloet #CookingAtHome

Hi guys,

How are you? Please tell me if everything is okay. I’ve been sharing a lot of content lately and I want to bring it back to food, fitness, and wellness topics, especially while the world is facing the COVID-19 virus. We have self quarantined and luckily Max, Jason, and I are all heathy with enough supplies to last us a week. Can anyone explain why people are stocking up on so much toilet paper? I saw someone leave the store this week with two carts full. Anyway lets talk about three amazing breakfast options that I made in my new kitchen in LA!

Today I want you guys to follow along to see how to make the best avocado toast or even how to make my favorite blue spirulina smoothie. My overnight oats recipe is one that Max really likes too so let me know what you guys think. Another idea I had was maybe showing you how I would use my banana bread that I made with Gabriella for breakfast. With all this going on I’m going to wait to talk about the things that I plan to do here now that I have my own space.

I’ll share a video as soon as I can around fortifying your health and the things that I am doing to improve my immune system. I hope you all enjoy today’s little video and the super tasty recipes I’ve included. Let me know what you think of the filming, I’ve really started to enjoy the creative process. Make sure to subscribe, hit that thumbs up button, and leave me a comment, a note, or just anything to let me know you read this!

xx

  1. Hi Sanne, hoeveel ml. is het glazen potje waarin je je overnight oats maakt ongeveer? De grootte is moeilijk in te schatten.

  2. Thank you for these great ideas! I'm making the egg brekky for my family right now, with 8 eggs. You're a great chef, teacher and inspiration! I would LOVE to know how you started cooking, like how old were you? Who were your influences? Did your parents let you do a lot on your own in the kitchen? My daughters are 5 and 2, and they love to crack eggs. I'm trying to encourage their love of food from the earth 🙂 Thanks for inspiring all of us!

  3. Try other European recipes …it will be fun and we will get to learn those as well… U r an expert cook!!! Lots of love 🙂

  4. The blue bowl is SO DELICIOUS. Thank you!!! I'd been making your green, broccoli and kale/spinach smoothie for so long this was a welcome change. I'll be alternating from here on out =)

  5. great video, good inspirations, it motivated to make my breakfast – cut pieces of banana and apple cinnamon on top, on the side chia and linaza seeds with some almond butter, sweet, crunchy nutty. Must try,
