Recipe and Ingredients:
Peel and chop 3 apples
Melt sugar 100 gr
Add chopped apples
Add 1/2 lemon peel
Cinnamon 2 teaspoons
Mix
Flour 360 gr
Sugar 120 gr
Vanilla sugar 10 gr
Baking powder 2 teaspoons
Mix
Cold butter 150 gr
1 egg
Put half of the dough in a mold (22 cm)
Add apples
Add raisins 50 gr
Put the other half of the dough in
Bake for 40 minutes at 180 ° C
