How to Make Party Canapés (簡単オードブル)
I show you how to make and present some easy party canapes including:
Scallop and Smoked Salmon Sauté
-4 scallops
-2tbsps smoked salmon
-1 tbsp butter
-1 lemon (cut into eighths)
-pinch of dill
-salt and pepper to taste
Prosciutto Herb Salad Roll
-4 slices of Parma ham (Prosciutto)
-1 handful of grated Cheddar cheese
-1 bunch of fresh leaf salad
-fresh herbs to taste
Prawns and Cream Cheese Dip
-Potato chips
-50g of prawns (freshly cooked)
-100g of cream cheese
-2tbsps of sweet chilli sauce
-2ybsp of plain yogurt
