For the guacamole (makes 2 servings)
1 avocado
100g chickpeas
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp olive oil
Lemon juice
1 – 2 tbsp water
Mix all Ingredients in a highspeed blender.

For the oyster mushroom (makes 2 servings)
1 tbsp olive oil
3g fresh chili
1 garlic glove
Fresh basil
100g oyster mushroom
Start with frying the spices in olive oil. Then add the oyster mushroom and fry until golden. Serve on sourdough bread
