  2. 0:50 Don't cut an avocado like this unless you are very confident. So many people have had really nasty cuts on their hands from this that it's actually known in hospitals as the "Avocado Hand".

  3. My country home has lots of avocado trees with tons of yield. It's always nice to find new ways to use an ingredient that's so close to me.

  4. why would you want to add sesame oil when avocado has it's own oil. Also thought she was going to make her own spicy mayo but it was store bought 🙁

  5. These look great! I love sesame oil too. One thing I recommend for avocado toast for the adventurous, is black salt. It has a very sulfuric flavor, like eggs. Since I am allergic to eggs, (but love them) I can grind some black salt and add some crisp bacon to feel like I am having bacon and egg avocado toast. It also is great just for adding another flavor dimension in general.

    Btw, how do you pick your avocados. I always get mine too ripe.

  6. Out of curiosity, won't the sesame oil overpower the taste of the rest of the dish? Sesame oil is an incredible topping, but overuse kinda just makes the whole dish taste of nothing but it.
