These look great! I love sesame oil too. One thing I recommend for avocado toast for the adventurous, is black salt. It has a very sulfuric flavor, like eggs. Since I am allergic to eggs, (but love them) I can grind some black salt and add some crisp bacon to feel like I am having bacon and egg avocado toast. It also is great just for adding another flavor dimension in general.
Btw, how do you pick your avocados. I always get mine too ripe.
Out of curiosity, won't the sesame oil overpower the taste of the rest of the dish? Sesame oil is an incredible topping, but overuse kinda just makes the whole dish taste of nothing but it.
