#墨西哥莎莎醬 Homemade Salsa (Easy dipping sauce for nachos)

Ingredients (材料):
墨西哥青辣椒 Serrano pepper (seeds removed) 1
罐頭蕃茄粒 canned diced tomatoes
(Italian seasonings) 350 g
洋葱碎 diced onion 1/2 cup
青檸 lime 2
芫荽 cilantro 40 g
蒜泥 minced garlic 1 tbsp

Note (注意):
— Serrano peppers are about 5 times as spicy as jalapeno peppers. For a mild version, please use jalapeno peppers.
— Reduce the amount of lime juice for less sourness
— 關於酸度,請自行調教青檸汁分量
— 墨西哥辣椒種類不同,辣度也會不同. 我用的比較辣. 如要普通小辣,請選用叫 Jalapeno 的那款.

Preparation:
1. Drain the diced tomatoes and remove the excess juice from the can.
2. Put everything in a mixer and blend them until they reach the texture that you want.
3. Store the freshly made salsa in a glass container and keep them in refrigerator.
