I like your cooking videos a lot, they are very relaxing and enjoyable, I think you don't have to fast forward the whole video .. simple editing will do.. oh and can you please add English subtitles for the dishes you're making; that would make it easier for non Japanese like myself to learn about Japanese food one last thing.. am curious do you own a catering business or a guest house?
