🥑CORN GUACAMOLE INGREDIENTS:

►2 grilled ears of corn
►1/2 red onion (sweeter flavor)
►1/3 bunch or 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
► 2-3 Tbsp lime juice from 2 limes
►1/2 tsp sea salt, or to taste
►1/4 tsp black pepper, or to taste
►1/2 tsp cumin

►1 firm medium tomatoes
►1/2 white onion

►2 jalapeños peppers, finely chopped (or serrano for spicier version)

  3. i have always avoided guacamole because i thought it was always spicy, and i am so bad with spices but am now eager to try this knowing there is a non spicy option! Also does the lime not prevent the avocado from browning?

  4. Instead use red onions, Serrano peppers. Add lime and roma tomatoes last prior to serving. Keeps ingredients fresh and crunchy…

Guacamole is a very simple recepì, they try to add too many flavor, but alterate the really recepì that I learn in Jucatan, serve simple at the table with a few ingredients: avocado, lime juice, small tomato chopped as 1 garlic peace, 1 boiled yolk, green Tabasco, little chopped red onion, salt & I like add little worchester sauce! Mix everything & enjoy! Divine!!
    The best avocado is kind with black skin!!!

  10. We are big guac fans in my house as well. My wifes family is from Mexico. That being said I just wanted to ad a tip on keeping the guac from turning brown. Keep the seed in the bowl. And for taste ad mexican oregano. Yummmm
