This super quick Thai tom yum soup is super simple and super fresh from my home grown garden (only the veggies). It’s so tasty, healthy, and quick. Also has that additional kick of spiciness in there. I like sweet/sour soup and this one wins my heart. Okay, my Vietnamese Sweet and Sour Fish Soup or Canh Chua is also has a place in my heart.
