Japanese Potatoe recipe with Chicken & Garlic with Potato skins
If you have a chance to get New potatoes, please try this recipe with potato skins.
Just use Chickens, garlic, and potatoes. This recipe Saves your time with microwave and never fail cooking. Soft potatoes you can cut with chopsticks. And also you can arrange seasonings too to your favorite taste.
What you need
〇 New potatoes 800g with skins
〇 Garlic 1whole
〇 Chicken thigh 2
〇 Soysauce 40cc
〇 Mirin 40cc
〇 Sake 20cc
〇 Sugar 2tbsp (adjust)
〇 Salt and pepeer For Chicken seasoning
〇 Olive oil(or Veg. oil) 2tsp when you brown potatoes (not necessary)
How to make
〇 Micro wave 800g of potatoes 600w about 10min. Check if it is cooked by toothpick or something
〇 Brown the potatoes in middle range heat
〇 Make the sauce
〇 Brown the chickens skin side on the pan. Cook the chicken 70% Mix with garlic and You will see the water coming out from the chicken.Pour the sauce and reduce by high heat range. Check the thickness of the sauce, be carefull not to burn.
