I’ve been seeing many Italian restaurants and Spanish restaurants put Bagna Cauda on their menu, and I love the perfect match of flavors between anchovies and garlic. Delicious as a dip or dressing, and also an awesome sauce for pasta. This recipe is super easy, and just as good, or maybe even better, than what you get in restaurants.
