    私の母は毎日料理をしていますが、冬の間は時間があるので「お菓子作り」もします。
    今回は「チョコレートスチームケーキ」「ホワイトチョコレートのチーズケーキ」「柑橘のガトーショコラ」の3種類のケーキを作りました。
    今回もそうですが、冬の間は料理と除雪の動画が続きます。
    撮影日は2月中旬でしたが、北海道ではまだまだ春の足音が聞こえてきません。
    北国の冬は、本当に長いのです。

      The comment you made about how your sisters remember your mum, and how you remember her is similar to a lot of families where there's a significant age gap. My older siblings (sister 12 yrs older, and brother 9 yrs older) had a totally different version of our mum than my younger brother (1 yr younger) and I got. That snow looked really intense. I didn't know Hokkaido had such a different climate from the rest of Japan. I'm going to have to look that up, I'm interested in the difference. I know this video was so long ago, but you may be going through similar situations with snow given what time of year it is now.       That gravy she made for the shrimp looks just like the gravy I make for our gravy and biscuits in the morning. She used butter to make her gravy and I do too sometimes, sometimes I use bacon or sausage grease. Good to know about the white wine taking the shrimp smell away. Thanks for the lovely video!

      おすすめに出てきたサムネで惹かれて「外国？」と思ったら北海道‼️外の景色も綺麗ですし外国みたい…雪がしんしんと降る様子や気に積もる雪や音は綺麗ですが雪かき等はとても大変そうですね！😳😳
      赤飯、お菓子、グラタン…出てきたお料理全部美味しそう〜😂❤食べたい！羨ましい😂❤
      お料理の手際も凄く良くて見てて楽しかったです😄

      去年の夏に二度、北海道旅行に✈️行った時に道民の方に次は札幌の冬を見て欲しいから冬に来なさい！と言われたので、娘が結婚したらなかなか行けないので😢来年には雪まつりを見に行きたいです🥺☃️北海道は素敵💓な場所😌✨大好き💕
