今回はみんな大好きハンバーグです！
中にトマトを入れ込んだので、誰が作ってもジューシーに仕上がりますよ😊
【トマトとモッツァレラチーズのハンバーグ】2〜4人分
①. 合挽き肉と玉ねぎのみじん切り、パン粉、牛乳、塩胡椒をボウルに合わせて、粘りが出るまでよく混ぜる。
②. トマトを1/8にカットし、2個ずつ互い違いに組み合わせる。
③. ①を4等分にし②を1組ずつ中に入れて丸める。
④. フライパンに油をひき、③を両面焼き色をつける。
⑤ . ④を天板に並べ、200℃に予熱したオーブンで20分加熱した後、モッツァレラスライスチーズをのせて、さらに5分加熱する。
⑥. ④で焼き終えたフライパンに（A）を加えて一煮立ちさせ、⑤で出た肉汁も加える。
⑦. つけ合わせと一緒に皿に盛り付けて、⑥のソースをかけたら完成✨
【材料一覧】2〜4人分
合挽き肉600g、玉ねぎみじん切り1個分、パン粉大さじ2、牛乳30ml、トマト1個
油適量、モッツァレラスライスチーズ4枚
A（白ワイン100ml、ケチャップ60ml、ウスターソース20ml）
つけ合わせ 茹でたブロッコリーとカリフラワー

①. Mix minced meat and chopped onions, bread crumbs, milk, and salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
②. Cut tomatoes into 1/8 and combine 2 tomatoes.
③. Divide ① into four equal parts and put ② in one set to shape.
④. Add oil to a frying pan and brown both sides of ③.
⑤. Place ④ on the top plate and heat in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 20 minutes, then put mozzarella sliced cheese on it and heat for another 5 minutes.
⑥. Add (A) to the frying pan that has been baked in ④ and let it boil, then add the gravy from ⑤.
⑦. Serve on a plate with a side dish and sprinkle with the sauce of ⑥ to complete.
