Hi Yamashita – I was astonished to realize it was time to do chestnuts with Mrs. Miyamoto already! Time does go by fast! I always enjoy the two of you and your lovely companionship as you work. Whew…I am so glad Komi is feeling better, I know how worried you and your Partner must have been and how relieved that she is back to her normal self. Your risotto was as lovely in presentation as I think it was delicious! I had a lovely surprise a couple of days ago, we have trees along our backyard and I have planted various plants to add to the coverage because there is a house behind us so it gives them and us privacy in our yards. I was out there checking my plants and found a Pinecone Ginger plant, also called Awah Pui Ginger. I think a bird must have brought a seed over and it grew! So we moved it into one of our flower beds so we can enjoy it's beauty. Have a wonderful week and I look forward to your next video.
