Ingredients:

* 1/2 lb penne pasta
* 10-12 colossal shrimp or meat of choice.
* 4 cups, heavy cream
* 1/2 cup, Parmesan cheese
* 1 3/4 cups, mozzarella cheese (or less)
* 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
* 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
* 3 tablespoons green seasoning

* 1 tablespoon dried or fresh parsley
* Salt and pepper to taste
You can add a vegetable of choice.
