Ingredients of Hasselback potatoes:
3 cloves of garlic
Rosemary
50g butter
4 teaspoons of olive oil
3-4 potatoes
Preparation of Hasselback potatoes:
Cut the potatoes without cutting them to the end like an accordion
Place the potatoes on a baking sheet
in a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter with the olive oil then add the garlic. heat until boiling
Add half the butter to the potatoes. Generously sprinkle the potatoes with salt and pepper. Bake the potatoes in the oven for 30 minutes, remove from the oven and add the rosemary or other aromatic herbs. Add the rest of the butter. Bake another 30 minutes until the potatoes are crispy
Sprinkle with fresh aromatic herbs and serve
