・牛ひき肉　 200g
・トマト　400g ダイス缶でもホール缶でもOK。無塩の場合は塩を足す。
・玉ねぎ　1/2個　みじん切り

・赤ワイン　100ml
・塩胡椒　適量
・チーズ　適量（粉）　パルメザン
