  1. Hi lovely lady. Your health tips r and recipes r amazing. Please my humble request make meal plans for 55+ people like you made back to school. At this age you loose the ideas. So please give plans. Thanks and God bless. Breakfast and dinner plans.

  2. I don't have enough space in my kitchen for properly doing meal prep or preparing certain items like smoothies because there is no space to plug in the blender (we have a kitchenette). Luckily, thanks to you I decided that while I may not be able to meal prep or do much for dinner and lunch. I am going to meal prep breakfast. It is the most difficult one to tackle without meal prep and stay healthy.

  3. Hey Sara! Just a suggestion for your website…The recipes all look amazing but there are some recipes that could use a suggestion for what to serve them with. Whether it be a dip, a salad, a side dish, a main dish, etc. Serving suggestions would be super helpful! 🙂

  4. Don’t keep candy or soda in your home. Make your own pizza and desserts!!! Only have desserts at special times of the year. Having to bake for yourself will curb eating too many sweets. Having to make pizza forces you eat less and appreciate more.

  7. Kudos for the Video clip! Excuse me for the intrusion, I am interested in your opinion. Have you tried – Dinanlinson Natural Beauty Approach (probably on Google)? It is a good one off guide for learning what to eat to look younger minus the hard work. Ive heard some super things about it and my buddy after many years got amazing success with it.
