Birria Quesa Tacos with Birria Consomme as Dipping Sauce #shorts

Traditionally, a birria taco is made with stewed goat meat, but it can also be made with beef. The meat is cooked in a rich, robust adobo sauce until it’s fall apart tender. A video (short) on how to make the birria stew/consommé is coming this week.

The birria consomme is used as a dipping sauce in these incredible quesatacos.

INGREDIENTS:
Birria consomme
Corn tortillas
Melting cheese
Shredded chuck roast
Pickled onions
Cilantro

  1. The Only Thing I/Most Do Differently Is Once Your Meat Is Shedded,, Toss It All In A Bowl & Add Your Consomme Until The Meat Is All Nicely Moistened,, Then Use It..The Meat Is Also Great For Burritos,, Quesadillas,, Tostadas & Taquitos..I've Even Added It To My Tortilla Soup Instead Of Chicken.

  2. I Don't Know If You Have Tasted Or Made It Before,, But A Dish That Is Great For A Short Video Is "Papas Con Chirizo" (I Made/Had It For Dinner Tonight)..It Is Good & Very Simple To Make..The Most Important Thing Is To Get Really Good Chirizo That Is Raw (Not Cured/Pre-Cooked) Actually,, Publix Makes Their Own Which Is Very Good..The Very Simplest Form Of Papas Con Chirizo Is Just Frying Tiny Little Cubes Of Potato In With Your Chirizo Meat (Taken Out Of The Casings)..Personally,, I Cube Up My Potato,, Then Boil It In Water Till About 3/4's Cooked,, Toss It Into A Bowl To Cool A Bit..While Waiting,, I Dice Up Some Red Onion & Some Sweet Bell Pepper,, Then I Toss It In The Bowl With The Potato,, Salt & Pepper..Now Add The Chirizo & Veggies All To Your Frying Pan Cooking Until Chirizo Is Done..That's It,, No Need For Adding Any Spices Because All The Spice You Need Comes Out Of The Chirizo (Sausage) & Is Absorbed By The Potatoes. It Can Be Served As A Regular Taco Or Con Queso,, With Cheese & Melted As You Did With Your Birria,, Also Commonly Served As A Side Dish With Breakfast..When Served As A Side With Breakfast Or As A Main Dinner Dish & NOT For Tacos,, Etc.,, The Potatoes Are Usually Cut In Larger Cubes…Should You Choose To Try,, Enjoy!!
